What are you a normal hours of operation?
Are standard business hours are Monday through Friday 9 AM to 8 PM CST. Saturdays 9AM-7PM Sunday’s 1PM-5PM.

Do you offer group rates?
We would be honored to provide your department our staff with uniforms. Group order rates are available on 20 units or greater, and include special discounts and offers.
*Please note that 1 unit= a lab coat, a scrub jacket, or a set of scrubs (top + bottom).

Can I make changes to my order before it ships?
The cut-off point for all in-stock, non-customized orders to be shipped. Same day is 12PM CST. If your order was placed before 12 PM CST you are able to call us and confirm the changes as need it before the item ships. If your order was placed after 2 PM CST you are welcome to reach out to us phone or email prior to the following day‘s cut off to confirm the changes as needed.

When will my order be shipped?
If your order contains in stock items and was purchased before 12PM your order will ship the same day. If your order was placed after 12PM it will ship next day.

How will I know if the item I purchased is not in stock?
Any items that are out of stock will be notated on the product page when adding the item to your cart. The estimated and start date will be printed on your email confirmation as well. These days are estimates only should any days change it will be probably notified via email for all domestic orders. Any other items that are readily available will be shipped immediately. There are no additional shipping charges for items not in stock. We apologize for any immediate inconvenience caused by items not being in stock.

Do you offer price adjustment on recent purchases?
We do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases.

EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We are happy to provide returns and exchanges.
We accept returns and exchanges within five days of the purchase date for in store and ten days for online orders. We will not accept any return/exchange it on Guam as they have been worn, staying in any fashion damage or laundered. We will not accept any return/exchange is on clearance or final sale items.
We will not accept any returns and exchanges on any items outside the 5-10 day window.

How can I make a return?
If for any reason, you’re not satisfied with a non-custom item you may return the garment within 10 days of your original order date and we will exchange it OR you can receive store credit. (WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS, STORE CREDIT AND EXCHANGES ONLY). We do reserve the right to refuse a return. If items in the order have clearly been worn, laundered and or sold. If there is a quality concern with your garment, please contact us.
